Online Mental Health Awareness support and training for remote workers and home workers

Are You Feeling The Pressure
From Working From Home?

Are you feeling stress and anxiety from the demands of juggling work hours, conference calls, meeting deadlines and home life?

Are you feeling disconnected from your team during the lockdown?

Are you a line manager concerned about how to support the mental wellbeing of your direct reports?

Stress can often feel like normal everyday life for many people, however the increasing pressures and demands of work and daily life can impact our ability to cope.

These can lead to signs and symptoms of mental ill health including:

  • nervousness
  • poor concentration
  • social withdrawal
  • anxiety
  • lethargy
  • difficulty sleeping

We don’t tend to know how to take care of our mental health like we do and physical health, as the stigma around mental health still exists.

This means that we may not know how to recognise the signs of mental ill-health or have the confidence to support a colleague, friend or family member in distress.

Does this sound like you? A Member of staff? Or a team-member?

Join Chiedu for an Online
Mental Health Awareness Course.
